As a seasoned civil litigation attorney with extensive experience in Florida State Courts and the Middle District of Florida, Josue has recovered millions of dollars for homeowners in the state of Florida. Notably, Josue successfully challenged a ‘right to repair’ endorsement commonly found in homeowner’s policies issued by a major insurance carrier. Josue currently serves as an Immigration Court trial attorney where he represents individuals in removal proceedings. 

While serving as a Partner for a civil litigation firm, Josue played an integral role in growing the firm from two attorneys to over twenty attorneys and staff. Through this experience, Josue recognized the growing need for remote legal support and it inspired him to create a network of freelance attorneys. Espinosa Legal Services was created to offer law firms on-demand litigation support, ensuring they have access to skilled professionals precisely when needed. We have now expanded our services to offer direct placement for law firms and corporate clients looking to staff their legal departments.
