Notably, Josue successfully challenged a ‘right to repair’ endorsement commonly found in homeowner’s policies issued by a major insurance carrier. Josue continues to serve as ‘of-counsel’ for first-party property Plaintiff firms, leveraging his Partner-level litigation experience to handle complex court appearances and proceedings.

Our journey began when Josue, having played an integral role in growing a law firm from two attorneys to over twenty attorneys and staff during the pandemic, recognized the growing need for remote legal support. His firsthand experience in providing critical legal assistance remotely inspired him to create a network of freelance attorneys. This initiative aims to offer law firms on-demand litigation support, ensuring they have access to skilled professionals precisely when needed.
